Description:

High-end oceanfront condos located in Sunny Isles Beach, FL. 120 residences spread across 34 stories making it a landmark on the South Florida Coast.

Role:

Complete interior drywall and metal work throughout to include residences, lobby, and reception area. Stucco work was also completed on all exterior phase of the project. By Arquitectonica.
